Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. During this time we are happy to offer a full refund* minus any payment processing fees from Stripe or Paypal.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
‘Level Up Your Relationship’ course: if you have activated the Relationship Questionnaire, you would be eligible for a refund for the cost of the course minus the cost of the assessment which is purchased through Prepare-Enrich.
REFUND TO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund during this time, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
